Pre-registration deadline is October 19, 2007. The $250 registration fee includes a welcome reception on December 4; breakfast, lunch and dinner on December 5; and breakfast and lunch on December 6.
Late registration begins October 20, 2007. The $350 registration fee includes a welcome reception on December 4; breakfast, lunch and dinner on December 5; and breakfast and lunch on December 6.
